We think about the future: Sasi Tharoor

Kottayam: We, the Congress party thinks about the future, says Sasi Tharoor MP. We stand for the youths because the future belongs to them, not us.

"Nearly one lakh first-time voters are there in Thiruvananthapuram Lok Sabha Constituency. Out of them I chose one thousand people randomly and sent them a letter. In that letter I said, as an individual, they are taking two decision through a single vote. First one is whom they want to represent Thiruvananthapuram and who can be their voice in Delhi. The second was which party should rule the country" he said.

"India is not build up on the basis of religion. If they want to have a Hindu Rashtra, there is no point they elect me. But if they dream about the inclusion of India, where the common man participates actively, then I am there" Tharoor added.

"In India getting educational loans is the biggest challenge for our students. This situation must change. If the UPA government comes into power, we will bring up educational reforms. Our youths are very much confident that if they get a chance, they themselves will find a job. But the NDA government which promised to create two crore job opportunities every year didn't do anything yet." says Tharoor
