PM Modi acted like Anil Ambani's middleman: Rahul Gandhi

New Delhi: Congress president Rahul Gandhi slammed Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the Rafale fighter jet deal a day after repeating his allegation of corruption in the 36 jet deal. The PM is acting as Anil Ambani's middleman in the Rafale deal, said Rahul Gandhi while addressing a press conference.

"National security has been compromised. An MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) is known to a businessman before it is drafted. Here the PM has done something that spies do and what he has done is treason and in violation of Official Secrets Act"he said.

Rahul Gandhi also said that the CAG report is a worthless report, and he would term it as a 'Chowkidar Auditor General Report'. It is Narendra Modi's report, he added.
