Flipkart and Myntra CEOs promise to explore growth prospects in Andhra Pradesh
 
Tirupati, Flipkart CEO Kalyan Krishnamurthy and Myntra CEO Amar Nagaram have promised to explore the growth prospects for their respective companies in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
Following a request from Tirupati MP Maddila Gurumoorthy, both the CEOs of Flipkart and Myntra offered prayers to Lord Venkateswara at the Tirumala temple in the early hours on Thursday. They were also accompanied by APIIC director Rajanikanth Reddy.
Later the Flipkart and Myntra CEOs held a meeting with the Tirupati MP M Gurumoorthy who briefed them about the Andhra Pradesh industrial policy 2020-2023 unveiled by the state government under the leadership of Chief minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy.

M Gurumoorthy explained to the CEOs of the top two multinational companies that the AP industrial policy which focuses on the ease of doing business, promises to extend tailor made incentives for mega projects and sector specific incentives.
Tirupati MP also underlined that with 70.9 percent of the total population of the state in the working age group, which is the second highest position in the country, Andhra Pradesh is an ideal destination for futuristic investments.
Speaking to reporters later, Gurumoorthy said that both Flipkart CEO Kalyan Krishnamurthy and Myntra CEO Amar Nagaram had responded positively to explore the possible growth opportunities in the state.
