(New Delhi, Feb17, 2019): Taking a jibe at the ''Make in India'' policy of the Narendra Modi government, after the breakdown of the ''Train 18'' at a station near Delhi on Saturday morning, Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Saturday said that the policy needs a ''serious rethink.''

I assure you we in the Congress are thinking very deeply about how it will be done,'''' he said. Rahul also posted on his social media account a report of the breakdown of the train 18, the semi-high speed Train which was flagged off by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday from the New Delhi railway station.
