Kozhikode: The Barathiya Janata Party Ketala state president K Surendran has demanded that a case on charges of homicide be registered against the Chief Minister and Public Service Commission Chairman in the death of a youth in Thiruvananthapuram. Addressing media persons here on Sunday Surendran said the CM and the PSC are responsible for the suicide of the boy, Anu. The youth, who figured as 77 in the PSC rank list but did not get his job.
The boy commited suicide after he lost his tall hopes of getting the job. Accusing the Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan of diverting attention of the controvertial Gold smuggling case by deliberately shifting focus towards Anil Nambiar of Janam TV. Reffering to Snil Nambiar''s decision to step down from post in Jamam TV, the BJP leader said the CM but did not show the basic courtesy to step down owning moral responsibilty in the gold smuggling case as Anil Nambiar did.
