Thiruvananthapuram: State electricity minister M.M. Mani said that load shedding will be imposed in Kerala within ten days. The power crisis in the state is at its peak. Following this Kerala will require power restrictions from half an hour to one hour to curb the issue, he said. We are trying to buy electricity from other states. But if the crisis gets worse, we will have to set restrictions.
Earlier KSEB chairman N.S. Pillai had said that there would be no power restriction in the state until July 15.
